It’s the founding principles, the leadership, vision, and action that help establish a businesses unique personality, which is a leading driver in differentiating your brand position within the market.
Do you remember WHY you started your Business in the first place?
Do you feel as if there is something holding you back from gaining the momentum you need to achieve what you set out to?
If we were take one guess, somehow whatever you think is holding you back is related to fear in a way.
Fear can prevent even the best business owners from taking the next step forward.
So how as business owners, how do we overcome that fear, and be the Leader our business needs?
Remember this is something every Business Owner faces, but we want to focus on how to not let it hold you back.
First, acknowledge what’s really freaking you out or stressing you out, about working through this next step in your business.
When you address the fear; then pick apart what is actually happening and reverse engineer how you can over come it.
Start by writing down what your days realistically look like now, what actions are you checking off your list each day, and in another column write down where you want to see your business in 6 months.
Make a list of what you’re doing vs what you know needs to be done.
Every business owner has a starting point, and the goal they’re trying to reach. As your business grows, your goals grow.
Now in between those two continuous points, are what we call, the messy middle.
Thats the part that’s going to require you taking action, consistently over a long period of time.
By clarifying where time is currently being spent and committing to the action steps that will help y reach where you want to be, is exactly what we’re talking about when we’re saying, showing up and being the leader your business needs.
Sometimes business owners spend too much time crafting the perfect strategy on paper, and don’t commit enough time and resources to take the action steps.
Gaining momentum, scaling a business, and reaching your next level is going to require you show up.
Executing the right actions consistently, while simultaneously looking up and leading your business.
Let go of actions that are no longer moving you to the desired result.
The business actions at year 1 -3 may no longer be needed at year 4-5. As the leader of your business, it’s up to you to make that call.
